Return Policy on Custom Paintings
Because Custom paintings are done especially for you, these may not be returned once you receive them. However, I will send you an image by email for your approval before I ship your item. As an artist, I can't be happy with my work if you're not happy. So if you don't like it, it's either back to the drawing board for me or you don't have to pay the other half of the product price. *please note that your item will not be shipped until paid in full.

* All work requires a non-refundable 35% deposit to cover cost of supplies and artist labor. Once approved, the remaining amount due plus any taxes and fees must be paid in full prior to your item(s) being shipped.
 
Return Policy on Portraits
The return policy for portraits is the same as the return policy for Custom Originals.

All prints may be returned within 12 days of your item(s) being shipped to your original form of payment (paypal)
Prints must be in their original packaging with no damage. No refunds will be made and no returns accepted after 12 days.
